Japan Securities Incorporated (JSI) would like to inform you that the new trading system will be operational from February 18, 2019. To prepare for the operation of this new system, JSI will temporarily suspend the provision of online trading services from 5:00 PM on February 15, 2019, to 5:00 PM on February 17, 2019. After this period, you can continue to use these trading services as usual.

– For accounts registered for online trading, JSI has changed the security method for your online trading account from using a matrix card to two-factor authentication, specifically:

• • Login password: used when you log in to the online trading system. It is currently set to match the login password you are currently using.
  • Order password: used to confirm securities and money transactions, currently set to match your login password. The system will require you to change this password the first time you log in.

With this system upgrade, JSI aims to bring you more new utilities and better service quality. In the first few days of the new system’s operation, JSI would appreciate your support and cooperation to have the most complete system.
